All orders are shipped out via UPS or FedEx. Orders are normally sent out same day as long as the order is in stock and is placed before 4:00pm (Pacific Standard Time). A sales representative will call or email if any item is out of stock and cannot ship same day.

All products come with a 90-day warranty. With the exception of computer hardware, such as memory, processors, software, motherboards and hard drives, you may return any item for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order, as long as the item is in it's original condition or exchange up to 90 days. If the item is not defective or sent to you in error and you feel the need to return it there may be a 15% restocking fee. We will refund freight charges if the return is because of a manufacturing defect or as a result of an error on our behalf.

If a return must be made, please contact our sales office at (800) 366-0579 so that an RMA can be issued. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
